At 99RedCoins, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition and packaging
• Unused and unaltered
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Sealed collectibles (blind boxes, booster boxes, TCG sealed product, Hot Wheels, Etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened blind boxes and sealed collectibles
• Digital goods
• Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
