Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 99RedCoins has no control over customs processes and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Collectibles, die-cast cars, trading cards, and other fragile items are packed with appropriate protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at chad@99redcoins.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
